"Anastasia told Luca: 'everything's fine'. Luca said nothing but nodded his head. I did not ask for anything ". This was said by Domenico Costanzo Marino Munoz, a friend of Luca Sacchi, in a deposition of 6 December, made as a person informed of the facts. The minutes of the hearing, today, were filed by the Rome Prosecutor during the hearing before the Court of Review.

The investigators filed Munoz's report because he reported on what happened before and after the shooting with which Valerio Del Grosso killed Sacchi on October 23rd. "Giovanni Princi greeted us on the sidewalk of Via Bartoloni while I, Luca and Anastasia were present".

Munoz adds that the girl, on the occasion, "moved away. I didn't see what she was doing because she was behind us and she said something to Luca that I didn't perceive. Anastasia had her backpack on her back and I think she came back towards via Latina, but I didn't see it because Luca and I had already turned the corner on via Mommsen. Anastasia joined us about two minutes later and said to him: 'everything's fine!' ".
