At the same time, the management was instructed to terminate the contract with Lynwood, which in 2015, the holding ceded the right to bring claims and claims regarding violations of rights to Nginx. Lynwood will also be asked to contact law enforcement with a request to withdraw its application.

Earlier, the media reported on a search in the Moscow office of Nginx in the framework of the case, which was instituted on suspicion of copyright infringement. The case was filed at the request of Lynwood Investments.
