In addition, the decision has already been taken by the authorities of the Voronezh region, Buryatia, Sevastopol, Crimea, Karachay-Cherkessia, Khakassia, Pskov, Sverdlovsk, Kurgan, Kirov, Ulyanovsk regions and the Stavropol Territory.
