The Sharjah Police campaign, represented by the Traffic and Patrols Department, during the weekend, resulted in the seizure of 29 vehicles equipped with technologies that increase their speed and cause inconvenience and noise to residents of residential areas in the central region.

Acting Director of Traffic and Patrols Department, Lt. Col. Omar Boughanem said, “The campaign is continuing through the police patrols deployed in the emirate, to deter violators from the owners of vehicles, to control all violations related to the installation of appendages and additions to the vehicle’s engine, which makes it a source of noise, and performing spectacular movements, and driving recklessly. ».

Boughanem stressed the necessity of reporting inconvenience and recklessness by calling 901, stressing that the Traffic Department will continue in this campaign to control the violating vehicles.
