A man in his 40s cut a fellow in the throat with a razor blade at the Saltvik count in Härnösand. The man then tries to take a prison guard as hostage. Internal investigators at the Prison and Probation Service report in a report, among other things, that the availability of disposable razors at the Prison and Probation Service's security departments Saltvik, Kumla and Hall should be reviewed.
The report also states that prisoners' opportunities to stay in each other's rooms should also be reviewed.
