Zelensky introduced to the Parliament a bill on amendments to the Constitution

On December 5, the assistant to the Ukrainian leader, Andrei Yermak, said that Ukraine could consider implementing the Steinmeier formula in the framework of the law on the special status of Donbass.

Ermak specified that additional powers in the framework of the constitutional reform on decentralization can be granted to certain areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
