Early on Friday morning, at half past four, staff from Habo Municipality's street and park management were out placing 1400 marshals and when the Haboboras then walked or drove to work they were met by flickering lights in the dark.
- This is the second year we are doing this, says Fredrik Eng from the municipality. Last year we put out 400 marshals, this year we increased to 1400 and hope it is something that the Habo residents appreciate.
