Corbin announced his resignation as head of the Labor Party

The head of the Labor Party of Great Britain, Jeremy Corbin, said that he intends to resign as head of the Labor Party, in light of the unsuccessful result of the parliamentary election.

“Obviously, I will not lead the party to the next election,” Rorbin quotes Corbin.

He also called the election results “disappointing” for Labor.

Corbin added that one of the reasons for this failure was the split of the country on the issue of brexitis.

Earlier it became known that according to exit polls, the party of Corbin receives 191 seats, against 368 seats from conservatives.
