The Director of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, Abdul Rahman Al-Nuaimi, revealed that the completion rate in the Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street development project reached 40%, expecting to complete the project in the first quarter of next year.
Al-Nuaimi confirmed the launch of the second phase of the project to construct internal roads in the Al-Helio area, after completing the first stage. The new phase includes the construction of internal roads to facilitate residents' access to their homes. He said that the estimated cost of the project amounted to seven million and 500 thousand dirhams.
