Has it not become excessively sensitive in Sweden? This incident is described as a terrible violation. And, if so, what superlatives can one describe as a rape or gross abuse? Maybe some evening newspaper-like headline like: The rapist was violated megasupermax maximum terribly.

So if this is considered OK, can I write what I want about my employer as long as it happens outside working hours?

I do not write anything on social media that I cannot say in the person's face at the meeting.
He knows he has done wrong because he is afraid and denies.
His obscene behavior must have appropriate consequences.

As long as you do not violate national law, the employer should skim in what the employee writes on his social media.

Employers have no right to decide or interfere with the individual employee's privacy.
Such behavior belongs in dictatorships (Soviet Union, Third Reich, China, Iran, North Korea and the like). Sweden is a democracy and freedom of speech prevails. Restricting the freedom of expression of a Swedish citizen (which too many employers want to do) is a constitutional violation.

You should probably be careful and write about your workplace. In fact, think it's a bit too much with social media.

Whether it is OK or not is decided whether the store manager has an open or closed Instagram account.

If the account is open to the public, it is not OK. But it's a closed account so I think it's absolutely ok.

Then it is up to the follower if you want to dismiss if you do not accept the behavior and feel offended. Or you have a discussion with the person.

You never take a screenshot and spread it further when you are in a "friendship"

Terrible to write such things, really offensive!
Not acceptable to write abusive things, whether it's private or work, I think! That's exactly what it says, SOCIAL media .. you have to think how to express yourself in speech and writing!
