“It was preliminary established that on December 11 of the current year, a training flight of the Mi-28 helicopter was conducted in the dark and in difficult weather conditions,” the department said.
It is specified that on the same day “the mark of the indicated aircraft disappeared from the radar station screen”.

As a result of the accident, two crew members were killed.
Black boxes were later found at the crash site.
