The directors of the public have approved nine joint government initiatives between 22 government, federal and private entities presented by the "City Builders" program teams of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council in Dubai.

The Secretary-General of the Council, Abdullah Al Basti, affirmed that the new initiatives aim to facilitate government services in various sectors, enhance the emirate's position, and elevate it towards the first position globally, by achieving leadership in government services and the happiness of customers.

During the meeting, the teams reviewed their nine initiatives, which included the joint "advertising" service between the Department of Economic Development, Dubai Municipality and the Roads and Transport Authority. It aims to provide the ads service through the smart advertisement portal "My Advertising", which is a unified platform that will contribute to canceling visits entirely to service centers instead of four visits currently, and submitting the required documents once, to avoid duplication in providing them.

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the General Command of Dubai Police, the Dubai Municipality, the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, the Roads and Transport Authority, the Dubai Health Authority, the General Directorate of Civil Defense, the Dubai Ambulance Services Corporation, the Dubai Community Development Authority, and the Dubai Smart Office, have also reviewed An initiative to improve the "Our Perfect Home" service, which aims to encourage and enable individuals and families in Dubai to adopt sustainable lifestyles globally, to ensure the application of the highest standards of health, safety, environment and sustainability, to upgrade Dubai homes and make them ideal homes, in order to achieve the leadership's vision to be a global model For a future city that achieves the happiness and prosperity of its citizens, the team’s initiative will include a “guide to perfect Dubai homes” that includes all the criteria for classification of ideal homes, a unified platform for immediate registration, awareness programs, self-evaluation, and receipt of the final result, in addition to the “comprehensive resident” who will attend when Customer asked for help. Through the initiative, the service will be automated 100%, reducing contact points from 14 to 7 points.

It also presented an initiative to improve the service of "transporting dangerous air materials" between Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, the General Command of Dubai Police, Dubai Customs, Dubai Municipality, the General Directorate of Civil Defense, the Ministry of Defense and the Federal Nuclear Control Authority, the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, Emirates Airlines, and dnata, with the aim of Improving the service of issuing a “no-objection” certificate for transporting dangerous materials by air to, from and through Dubai airports, for all freight agents and airlines approved for transporting dangerous materials, in accordance with international regulations. The initiative aims to reduce the period of service delivery from 5 working days to 4 hours and use one channel instead of 8 channels currently. And "Al Baraka" initiative to improve the service "marriage" common between Dubai Courts, Dubai Health Authority and the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, which is a government initiative for citizens and residents in Dubai to facilitate marriage procedures, by providing a smart electronic platform that includes providing services to the participating agencies, such as booking an appointment with the authorized Electronically.

The initiative will be able to cancel visits entirely instead of 4 visits currently, and reduce contact points from 22 to 4 points, in addition to the service of "caring for children of unknown descent - the second stage" joint between the Dubai Community Development Authority and the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and the Public Prosecution. The initiative aims to accelerate the retrieval of identity papers for children and facilitate procedures.

And an initiative was presented to improve the "civil aviation business service" joint between the Department of Economic Development and the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority. It aims to obtain the license within a maximum of two working days within one system and without the need for visits to service centers, and an "ambulatory" initiative to improve the "Doing Business in the Ambulance Service" joint between the Department of Economic Development, the Dubai Ambulance Services Corporation and the Roads and Transport Authority. The initiative is concerned with licensing ambulatory facilities and ambulance training centers, and aims to facilitate the customer's journey to issue the license by reducing the number of visits from 14 days to one day, and contact points from 50 to 4 points for ambulance services facilities, and from 28 points to two points of contact for ambulance training centers.

The team of "Doing Business in the Veterinary Sector" service between the Department of Economic Development, Dubai Municipality and the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment also reviewed an initiative that is a single electronic system for licensing veterinary facilities. Visits are reduced from 7 to one visit, in addition to reducing contact points from 24 steps to 5 steps, and the service completion time from 19 working days to 4 days.

The "Doing Business in the Health and Safety Sector" service, which is joint between the Department of Economic Development and the Dubai Municipality, which completely eliminates visits after they have been 5 visits.
