Sharjah and Ajman police confirmed that they have not received any reports of severe injuries or deaths due to the rain, noting that they have increased their security and traffic presence on all roads and squares, and intersections to achieve smooth traffic flow during the rainy period.

The Director of Traffic and Patrols Department in Ajman Police, Lt. Col. Saif Abdullah Al Falasi, said that there were no severe traffic accidents during the rains, pointing out that the traffic and traffic were flowing smoothly, despite the presence of simple traffic congestion in the water gathering areas in some roads of the Emirate of Ajman, During which the traffic patrols were able to facilitate the movement of traffic and remove congestion as soon as they occurred.

He said that the teams worked to drain the rain water that gathered in the main low roads and the sites where there are no rainwater drainage networks, where 100 tanks and 160 mobile pumps belonging to the municipality were distributed in the various rain gathering sites in Sharjah, in preparation to withdraw the collected water and any expected emergency work in coordination With Sharjah Police to facilitate and ensure the smooth flow of traffic in the city, the number of tonnages that have been withdrawn since the morning until today noon has reached nearly 1500, and the teams continue to operate in various regions.
