Atalanta Bergamo qualified for the first time in their history for the round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League by beating Shaktar Donetsk 3-0 in Ukraine on Wednesday.
Thanks to this success, the Lombard club, which had only one point after four matches, won the second place in group C (7 pts) dominated by Manchester City (1st, 14 pts) which at the same time corrected the Dinamo Zagreb 4-1.
