Both prisoners were, at the time of the attack, placed in a special department at the Saltviksanstalten. The 42-year-old entered the 35-year-old's prisoner cell and attacked him with a razor blade. The fellow was cut on the chin, neck, neck, chest and arm.

Throttle grip on caretaker

After the attack, the 42-year-old went out to a common room and took a seizure on a prison guard. He then tried to pull it against a kitchen counter where there was a knife. One meter from the knife, the caretaker manages to get out of the man's grip.
