The Idea Agency, the former cashier of the fraudulent ERE, hid three safes full of documents linked precisely to the illegal employment regulation files. This was denounced on Tuesday by the Presidency advisor and spokesman for the regional government, Elías Bendodo, after the weekly meeting of the governing council.

Bendodo has detailed that in those safes, whose existence was not known until now, numerous documentation has been found on the ERE, some in sealed envelopes, and, specifically, on the loan that the government of Manuel Chaves granted to the company Hijos by Andrés Molina de Jaén considered illegal by the Justice and for which, precisely, the former Socialist president and his presidential adviser, Gaspar Zarrías, have been charged.

On this aid, of 5.8 million euros, several private agreements signed by counselors of the PSOE governments have been discovered, without official letterhead and that "had never seen the light," Bendodo has affected, dated December 30, 1998. Seventeen days later, the Minister of the Presidency recalled, the executive chaired by Chaves met with the staff of the company "to explain the operation."

"The entire governing council knew about this strategy," he said in reference to the granting of the aid that gave rise, as pointed out by the Court of Instruction 6 of Seville, to the fraudulent system of the ERE. In fact, it was the problems to grant this aid, the obstacles that were put in place both from the Intervention and from the European Union, which led to the creation of the procedure with which 680 million euros were embezzled, according to the Board the judgment of the Audience of Seville.

"Everything ends up knowing," added Bendodo, who explained that all documentation has already been sent to the court investigating this illegal loans.
