This was reported on the website of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of Moscow.

It is noted that with the help of the court, the guardianship authorities want to restrict the couple in parental rights or even completely deprive the parental rights if additional circumstances are identified.

"Given that the court found that there were no good reasons for the parents not to take the child away, and the parents still do not take any actions to take the girl away, the guardianship authorities will file a lawsuit in the coming days to restrict the girl’s parents in parental rights," declaration.

As part of the trial, the guardianship authorities intend to file a request for a comprehensive forensic examination of the child and her parents.

According to the department, the situation around the girl became known in January 2019 due to the appeal of the Mother and Child Perinatal Medical Center. By that time, the child was in a medical facility for several years. The center indicated that the girl could be discharged home, but the parents refused to take the child, saying that they were afraid for her health.

Earlier, the Vyborgsky District Court of St. Petersburg did not satisfy the lawsuit of the guardianship authorities about the deprivation of the parental rights of the disabled person according to the hearing of Olesya Utkina, who was separated from her two young children, and then transferred them from social institutions to the care of her grandmother.
