10 December 201919.04 The painting by Gustav Klimt 'Portrait of a Lady' may have been found stolen in 1997 at the Ricci Oddi Modern Art Gallery in Piacenza. During the cleaning of an ivy that covered an external wall of the Gallery, a cavity closed by a door was discovered, where a sack with the painting had been hidden. A first expertise, as far as we learn, would have confirmed that it is the stolen work, one of the most sought after in the world. Further analysis is underway.
