RT is investigating the appearance on the network of a fake website of a news agency leading to the channel’s page

The reuters.cam portal was registered in Panama, but it was not possible to find out exactly who did this.

Any user who has paid for the service can go through the registration process and automatically redirect the user to a URL that does not look like the one originally requested by him.

RT has nothing to do with this scheme.

According to Google Analytics, no increase in traffic from this source has occurred.

Currently, the channel is figuring out who could register a fake site and whether this is a deliberate provocation.
