According to the agency, the employer should increase paid holidays by at least three days for employees with irregular working hours.

The publication clarifies that, according to Art. 101 of the Labor Code, irregular working hours - a special mode of work, according to which "individual employees may, by order of the employer, be occasionally involved in the performance of their labor functions outside the established working hours for them."

The representative of the department also emphasized that the word “occasionally” is the key word in this case.

In November, the deputy head of Rostrud, Ivan Shklovets, recalled that the last working week of 2019 and the first week of 2020 will be two-day.
