Moderator's party leader Ulf Kristersson met with SD leader Jimmie Åkesson this week for an individual meeting.

This has resulted in a vocabulary on Facebook at the highest political level.

The reason is that the M leader for the 2018 election promised Holocaust survivor Hédi Fried that he would never have anything in common with the Sweden Democrats.

"Bottomless immoral"

Prime Minister Stefan Löfven (S) on Sunday criticized Kristersson.

“To look at Holocaust survivors in the eyes and promise something like that and then completely ignore their promise is so utterly immoral that I lack words. The verdict of history will be harsh, ”Löfven writes on Facebook.

"Indiscriminate and unworthy"

A few hours later, Ulf Kristersson responded to the criticism in a post on Facebook.

“Today Stefan Löfven accuses me of not listening to those who survived the Holocaust. It is judgmental and unworthy in a way I did not think was possible, ”writes the M-leader.

He also points out that the Riksdag consists of eight different parties with different ideologies but that "it is reasonable to be able to discuss and settle matters".

"I am convinced that the dirt throwing and polarization that the prime minister is now devoting to, and which is increasingly affecting the Swedish political debate climate, is deeply harmful," Kristersson continues.
