He also said that in 2020, sailors expect new campaigns not only in the Arctic, but also in the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.
Earlier it was reported that the Northern Fleet will arm all Russian Arctic divisions with S-400 complexes, forming an anti-aircraft dome over the Arctic.
