Every time one of us talks about Apple products, we remember with great pride and appreciation the founder of the company, Steve Jobs, which happens when we mention Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, who won the title of richest man in the world for many years.

But the great success of the two and other well-known businessmen hides other hard-working personalities behind him.

These are the most prominent "hidden" traits of the most famous businessmen, which were talked about by those who worked with them, and suffered from their management style.

Steve Jobs
It seems that we did not know the real Steve Jobs, as the personality of the entrepreneur and the famous speaker differs greatly from what Apple fans love to hear, according to the testimony of those who worked with him.

According to an article titled "Why You Should Not Be Like Steve Jobs" posted on the American Express, Jobs was deliberately insulting employees in front of their colleagues, and he was constantly saying to employees that they were not doing anything right, and he also used to fire them from work according to his personal mood.

It was said by a number of his former employees that they were afraid to ride with him in the same elevator for fear of asking them: What did they do to please me, and he would expel them if he did not like their answers.

His personal mood led him to invalidate a contract between Apple and a shipping company, because he saw that it was late in delivering the shipment, despite its commitment to the date specified in the contract between them, and did not give them an opportunity to negotiate and discuss its decision.

The insult did not stop at the employees, but rather reached the customers, as Jobs replied to an e-mail and received it from one of his clients in the middle of the night, describing it as a fool.

Jobs was also attributing some of his employees ’ideas to himself, as Jonathan Eve (director of one of the departments who worked for Jobs) says that the Apple founder was standing in front of the crowd at conferences to talk about his ideas that he brought up, which are really the thoughts of other people.

Bill Gates
The situation was not better for American businessman Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft Corporation.

Gates was described as the manager who is difficult to discuss with him, and he did not recognize the leaves, so he worked day and night, and he applied this policy with the employees, until one of them asked him for a sick leave, so Gates surprised him by saying, "What does sick leave mean?" According to the Kanegas website.

Gates was screaming at employees during job interviews, even before they agreed to work with him. In his interview with the BBC, he said about himself, "I was a nightmare for the employees," as he was obsessed with work.

Gates mentions how this obsession prompted him to memorize the numbers on the license plates of his employees, so that he could track them and know their attendance and departure times from work, and he continued to practice this method until the number of employees increased in a way that became difficult to track.

Elon Musk
First of all, it must be clarified that Musk is not the founder of Tesla, but that the real founder is Martin Eberhard, while Musk was the CEO.

Tesla is an American energy and automobile company founded in 2003 that specializes in the electric car industry.

According to a former Tesla employee, Musk was not listening to any of the company’s founders or shareholders, and he liked to attribute the achievement to him alone.

This was mentioned in the indictment in the case against Musk by Eberhard, who accused him of plotting a coup against him to get him out of the company, and naming himself the founder of "Tesla", saying that he was forced to submit his resignation, and not as Musk claimed he was expelled from his post, as he accused him of defaming his reputation, by The media, by questioning his administrative capabilities, and saying that he was expelled for poor performance, which caused administrative problems.

Musk also lacks the appreciation of his employees, whether financially or morally, and during the inauguration ceremony of one of his company "SpaceX" projects, the department managers gathered all of them and started screaming at them due to the delay of one of the parts of the missile from arriving before the ceremony, ignoring the appreciation of the continuous work within 24 hours and seven days a week to complete the project .

Donald Trump
Here we will not talk about the personality of President Donald Trump of the United States, but rather we will focus on the businessman before he wins the presidency of America.

Anyone who has been following Trump for years before the White House will remember his famous phrase "You are fired", which he frequently repeated during the reality program in which he played the role of arbitrator to evaluate the performance of a group of contestants in the work.

But this sentence was accompanied by Trump in his real life, and it was the way in which employees displace their work, and he pointed his finger at someone among his colleagues and said to him, "You are fired" with many insults, according to Business.

He did not hide his criticism of his employees who he did not like, even in front of the media. He used to mock some former employees by name in front of the public, and described them as failing.

According to one of Trump's former employees, he always blamed others for an error, and he was not recognized as part of the team that caused the problem, while he should be credited with it when the project was successful.
