A Russian billionaire died last week while walking the dog after being run over by a car collided with two other vehicles in a country near London. According to the CNN, the Surrey police said.

Dmitry Obretetskiy, 49, died last November 30 in an accident in Oxshott, a small village near London, the latest in a series of 'mysterious' deaths of Russian characters in Britain. And a friend near the family told the Russian site 'Life' that it was not an accident. "Knowing how in London they drive very cautiously, I cannot exclude the fact that he was deliberately invested," said Pavel Borovkov, a longtime friend of the victim.

The accident involved three vehicles and the police confirmed that the investigation continues, even though no arrests have been made at the moment. Obretetskiy was the owner of 'Magnat Trade Enterprise', the official Russian distributor of Mars, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble.
