I think that the difficulties will be both technical and constitutional, but on the whole the initiative is correct, ”Lifshits explained.

Earlier, the Association of Professional Users of Social Networks and Messengers (APPSIM) proposed verifying the authors of comments in the media.

It was noted that users can share their opinions on a particular material by going to sections of media commentary through social networks under false names.

Often this ends with the distribution on the pages of online publications of inaccurate, as well as information prohibited in Russia, and the media are responsible for this.
