A year after the tragedy of Corinaldo, which took place the night between 7 and 8 December last year at the 'Lanterna Azzurra', the prosecutor's office of Ancona filed the request for immediate judgment for the six boys of the 'Banda del spray', arrested last August 2 on charges of spraying the stinging spray in the nightclub to be able to rob those present.

A band specializing in robberies in night clubs in central and northern Italy. Six boys from the Modena area between the ages of 19 and 22, plus one accused of receiving stolen goods, are - according to the investigators - the perpetrators of the massacre at the Azzurra Clubbing of Corinaldo, in the province of Ancona, where between 7 and 8 December last five teenagers and a young mother died crushed by the crush. They died overwhelmed by the crowd trying to get out of the room inside which stinging spray had been sprayed to create panic and carry out thefts among those present.

They stole to buy drugs and luxury items
The 'stinging spray band', which stole to buy drugs and luxury items, ended up in handcuffs last August 2 following a blitz by the carabinieri who immediately took the track of theft after one of the survivors had reported to a bouncer that someone in the crowd had tried to steal his gold chain. The seven were framed thanks to the technical checks of Ris, as explained by the Ancona prosecutor Monica Garulli. In particular, we worked on a 'biological trace' found in the cap of the spray can recovered by the police in the disco after the massacre.

The names of those arrested
Six young boys from Modena, as stated in the precautionary measures order, arrested for the Corinaldo massacre. These are Ugo Di Puorto, 19 years resident in San Prospero (Modena), Andrea Cavallari, 20 years of Bomporto (Modena), Moez Akari, 22 years resident in Castelnuovo Ranone (Modena), Raffaele Mormone, 19 years of San Cesario on Panaro (Modena), Badr Amouiyah, 19 years resident in San Prospero (Modena) and Sohuibab Haddada, 21 years resident of Bomporto (Modena). Andrea Balugani, 65, of Castelfranco Emilia, was also accused of association.

Two of them would also be responsible for two night raids in Veneto's summer entertainment venues, in particular a discotheque in Verona and a park for concerts in Padua.

Two of the 6 young people had already been arrested in France on 6 July after the theft of some necklaces at Disneyland. This is what the investigating judge of Ancona writes in the precautionary custody order. The two, Moez Akari and Andrea Cavallari, were with 2 girls: the 4 were blocked and, after being tried before the Chessy judge by the very direct ritual, they were released. On 9 July, the magistrate said, "they returned to Italy and resumed their illegal activity".

One of those arrested, Ugo Di Puorto, calls himself Hugo on Facebook and as a cover image he has the inscription 'ACAB', or All Cops Are Bastards (in Italian 'all the policemen are bastards'). In a post published on July 16, his hatred for the police emerges with a comment "Sbirri figli di p ...".

The band acted in clubs in central and northern Italy. 15 thousand euros per month on average the loot

Thanks to the robbery carried out with the pepper spray, the band managed to get in their pockets about 15 thousand euros a month. Investigators are now investigating a whole series of similar incidents in 60 centronord clubs and even abroad: one of the shots in fact it was built in "Chessy, at the Disneyland amusement park". In all 60 cases the presence of young people was ascertained.

The same band also acted "even after the Corinaldo massacre, but avoiding the use of pepper spray", as confirmed by the prosecutor. Once the members of the group had been identified, the military, led by the commander of the investigative unit of the provincial department of Ancona, lieutenant colonel Americo Di Pirro, analyzed the committed cells and the suspects' telephones obtaining a reply "entirely consistent with their presence at Corinaldo ". The prosecutor Garulli also spoke of "a subsequent technical activity", in all probability referring to the registration of the movements of the Telepass of the cars to the motorway toll booths
