“The president is going to Paris with a clear stance. Ukraine will do everything in our power to achieve an end to the war and the onset of peace through diplomatic means, ”Yermak quotes the publication of Donbass News.

However, according to him, Kiev has a plan B. As Yermak noted, if Ukraine does not see readiness for the peace process and the implementation of the Minsk agreements with a clearly defined deadline, then it will be "not in a figurative plan to build a wall and live on."

He also said that Ukraine could consider implementing the Steinmeier formula in the framework of the law on the special status of Donbass in early 2020 following the Norman summit.

In October, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky noted that Kiev has a plan B to resolve the situation in the Donbass.

However, he emphasized that he was counting on plan A.
