Almost half (47%) of them said they did not see the need for this.

39% of employers who refused to corporate party did not allocate a budget for the holiday, 2% admitted that they did not manage to organize a holiday for employees.

Among those who still have a New Year corporate party planned, 77% of respondents said that the holiday will be organized on an external site. The rest are planning a party at their office.

The vast majority (85%) reported that alcoholic drinks would be served at the festival.

For those who will celebrate the holiday with colleagues, the New Year's corporate party is a rest from work. So answered 44% of respondents.

As a team building (improving the effectiveness of teamwork), 39% of employers consider the New Year holiday. 15% believe that a corporate party can be a good way for employees to meet each other.

New Year's corporate party can also help new employees to adapt in the team. So answered 2% of respondents.

The survey was attended by 700 representatives of Russian companies (managers, HR directors, recruiters, HR specialists).

As the “Work.ru” survey previously showed, more than half of working Russians (51%) are ready to conduct corporate events without alcohol.

At the same time, 15% of respondents oppose the holidays without an anti-alcohol.
