Anneli Holmlund Sandström and Mari Strömberg both work at Tomtebo in Umeå. At their school they currently have three departments with 75 children and one with 55 children. In the larger departments, they are staffed with 3-4 leisure teachers and the economy is sufficient for a staff of 19 leisure children.
When savings are waiting for next year, among other things, we are afraid that it will not be possible to cooperate with the school in the same way as today. There is also a great concern about falling over the limit you are already balancing today, more about that in the clip above.
