A 22-year-old Arab salesman was violently assaulted, kicked, punched and pushed by an Arab-American woman until she fell on the ground, then carried and threw her in the way of wrestlers. She added that the defendant made a mistake while beating her. She took the opportunity and fled to the bathroom.

The maid said in her testimony that the defendant came to her employer's residence, closed the door on them, heard screams, a sound of beatings, threatened him with death, then took his bag and left the place, while the victim suffered sporadic injuries to her body, blood flowing from her head, and pain. She had big fingers, and when she went to the hospital, she found one of her fingers was broken.

The investigations of the Public Prosecution did not clarify the nature of the accused's relationship with the victim and the reason for the presence of his objects in her apartment.
