“When we arrived at the site, it turned out that the building was destroyed, engulfed in fire,” Jacek Kleszczewski, representative of the local fire department, quoted TASS as saying.
He added that firefighters began fighting the fire and began searching for eight people who could potentially be under the rubble.
It is clarified that a total of 100 firefighters work on the spot.
