The political scientist believes that the murder could be related to some conflict with criminal groups.

He noted that we are talking about an attempt to "collect an ideological myth" from the "propaganda elements" in order to blame Russia.

“Of course, Russia is not involved in this and I do not think that this will have any political consequences,” he said.
