The cases have been around since 2010, but the Swedish Work Environment Authority has now applied for a judgment on the fine of SEK 5 million with the Administrative Court, which Sweden's Radio P4 Södertälje was the first to report. A tough message for a hospital that already has SEK 40 million to get in next year's budget.

The hospital wants to appeal

But the hospital believes that most of the problems have been fixed as a result of the rebuilding of the hospital and the relocation to the new premises made last year. Therefore, the possibility of appealing and not paying the penalty is now being considered.
