The prime minister said that the "aggression" that comes from the Iranian regime must be resisted.
He also thanked Washington for stating that Jewish settlements in the West Bank are not illegal.
Earlier it became known that US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo held talks with Benjamin Netanyahu, during which the parties discussed Iran.
