She also noted that there is a problem of the shortage of examiners, and in two different stages, separated by time and cost, it is impossible to perform examinations in a quality manner.

“Therefore, I only want the driver to be checked under the conditions in which he will subsequently drive, that is, in real ones,” Zaitseva concluded.

Earlier, Nikolai Gilyakov, the head of the examination department of the supervisory department of the traffic police, announced plans to exclude the passing of exams for driving licenses in closed areas from October 2020.
