The Court of Appeal of Lyon rejected Tuesday the request for release of Christian Quesada. The former star of 12 noon blows is in custody for "corruption of minor" and "detention and dissemination of child pornography."

The investigating chamber of the Lyon Court of Appeal refused Tuesday the request for release of Christian Quesada. Pending his judgment for "corruption of minor" and "detention and dissemination of child pornography", he was placed in custody in March.

The former champion of 12 strokes at noon had admitted to having chatted on the internet with a minor pretending to be a minor boy and asked him to undress. Images and videos of minors and children undergoing rape and sexual assault were also found on her computer.

This is the second time in eight months that Christian Quesada's application for release has been rejected.

At least five new complaints

According to the prosecutor's office in Bourg-en-Bresse, at least five new complaints against him, requesting verification, have been registered in the Ain since that of the first complainant.

The 55-year-old man had already been sentenced for the first time in 2002 for sexual exhibition and in 2009 for detention and consultation of child pornography.
