A huge fire broke out this morning inside the industrial zone of Khartoum North, causing injuries, according to the Central Doctors Committee of Sudan.

Doctors and health staff went to Bahri Teaching Hospital to help rescue the cases.

According to eyewitnesses as reported by Sky News Arabia on its website that the fire broke out in the "Sila" ceramic factory, and explained that the fire was caused by the explosion of gas canisters inside the facility, which forced to evacuate the site of cars, workers and pedestrians.

The medical committee reported that injuries of varying severity had arrived at the hospital, and there were still many injured on the way to the medical establishment.
