The case was initiated under the articles “Unlawful deprivation of liberty” and “Failure to fulfill obligations to educate a minor”.
“The accused pleaded guilty to the crimes committed in full. The case was sent to the Belorechensky district court for consideration on the merits, ”the department said.
In August, a court restricted a man's parental rights.
