Monaco-Paris SG, a summit meeting initially scheduled for Sunday night (9 pm) at the end of the 15th day of Ligue 1, was canceled due to inclement weather, while Nantes pushed Toulouse into the depths of the standings with a 2- 1.

. PSG, a move for nothing

The delegation of PSG, which had already arrived in the south of France, had to make an express round trip: because of the strong weather in the south-east of France - the departments of Var and Alpes-Maritimes, bordering the Principality of Monaco, were placed on red alert rain-flood by Météo France -, the match against the ASM could not finally take place.

"The Competition Commission of the Professional Football League will fix the date of the meeting" between the PSG, leader of the championship, and Monaco, 14th of the ranking, said the authority in a statement.

Faced with an insane calendar until the truce, with a match scheduled every three days for PSG due in particular to the Champions League and League Cup, the meeting may have to be played in 2020.

A thousand Parisian fans were expected in the Principality Sunday night. PSG has committed to send them "an email with the terms of exchange or refund" on his Twitter account.

The next matches of PSG and Monaco are scheduled for Wednesday against respectively Nantes and Toulouse, on behalf of the 16th day of Ligue 1.

. Toulouse on red alert, Rennes reverses the Greens

Nearly two months they expected a success in Ligue 1: Nantes (6th, 23 points) beat Toulouse (2-1) to return to a point of the podium. With this 5th ranked match without a win, Toulouse remains last in the standings (20th, 12 pts).

The Canaries have benefited from the exclusion of young Kouadio Koné (18) for a second yellow card (23), before a penalty caused by a hand Issiaga Sylla and transformed by Abdoulaye Toure (43).

What anger the coach TFC Antoine Kombouaré against "a referee who does not do the job", according to his post-match remarks at the microphone of beIN sports.

The TFC then conceded the break with a shot by Ludovic Blas (53). Having found the crossbar on a free kick by Max-Alain Gradel (55), the Toulouse finally reduced the gap late in the game with a penalty converted by Aaron Leya Iseka (90 + 5). Insufficient and too late ...

In Rennes, Saint-Etienne (9th, 22 pts) was unable to maintain his quick advantage by bowing on wire 2-1. Despite opening the score (19th) Loïs Diony, his first goal since December 2018, the St Etienne were quickly joined with the tying goal of Raphinha in stride (25th).

Having largely dominated his opponent in the second half, Rennes managed to snatch the victory on a winning head of Damien Da Silva on corner (90 + 4). Thanks to this success, the Bretons climb to 11th place.
