Fenech indicted for competition in murder
Maltese entrepreneur Yorgen Fenech was indicted for the murder of journalist Daphne Caruana Galicia. The Malta Independent reported. The judge, who has formally indicted the island billionaire has also ordered the seizure of his movable and immovable property. The passport and credit cards are also seized.

The entrepreneur pleaded not guilty and did not request bail (although the defense reserved the right to present this request at a later stage of the trial). Fenech, who had been arrested on November 20 at dawn, while trying to leave the island aboard his yacht, was taken away from the courtroom in a police van and will spend the night in custody.
