Luleå is being penalized after pyrotechnics were ignited at the out-of-the-way in a north exchange with Skellefteå in October. In addition to fines, supporters receive a flag ban until January 31, 2020.
Supporter clubs that have signed the open letter think the punishments are unreasonable. Among other things, you write:
“It is wrong to impose a total ban on flags and other supporter items on all supporters. It is interpreted as a collective punishment against the majority who work for a positive culture of the stands. "
