“I have information that the Colombian authorities, together with the Southern Command of the US Army, conceived another provocation,” Maduro quotes RIA Novosti.
The President said that the provocation is being prepared on the border of Colombia and Venezuela.
“The staff of the Bolivarian armed forces need to be on alert,” he added.
On October 1, Nicolas Maduro announced his readiness to restore diplomatic relations with Colombia.
