November 29, 2019The "accident" on the London Bridge in London brings to mind the events of June 3, 2017.That day two years ago, on a normal Saturday night, three men in a white van hit some passers-by walking on London Bridge and then crashed into the Barrowboy and Banker Pub. The three, leaving the van, then begin to stab the passers-by before moving to the nearby Borough Market, an area that is always crowded, where they continue to attack civilians.
The three, wearing fake explosive belts, are finally killed by the police. The ISIS in a statement released by the propaganda agency Amaq speaks of a "detachment of fighters of the 'Islamic State' that has scored the London attack". The attack causes eight deaths, seven of foreign nationality, and 48 wounded.
