It was on the evening of October 14 that the four, with threats and violence, must have forced the victim into the accused woman's car at Filmstaden in Jönköping. Two of the perpetrators had, according to the prosecutor, each had sharp and pointed attitudes.
Inside the car, the victim must have been badly beaten and bleed profusely from the nose. The man suffered, among other things, a fracture of the nasal bone, a damage to the upper lip and skin scraping on his back.
The Prosecutor believes that the perpetrators have shown special ruthlessness and cruelty and that the abuse should therefore be assessed as gross.
According to the prosecutor, the four have acted in consensus. It is about a woman in her 50s and a man in her 30s, one in her 20s while the youngest is only 16 years old.
