The national antiterrorist prosecutor's office has called for a lawsuit against 20 people, including Salah Abdeslam, the only surviving member of the commandos.

The National Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor's Office announced on Friday that it had requested a trial against 20 people in the spate of attacks on November 13, 2015 in Paris and Saint-Denis, including six suspects under arrest warrant.

The only member still alive of the commandos, Salah Abdeslam, and four alleged members of the Franco-Belgian jihadist cell that led to the attacks that left 130 dead, are targeted by these requisitions. The final decision on the outlines of this extraordinary trial, scheduled for 2021 in Paris, is now up to the investigating judges.
