“President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky held a telephone conversation with German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel. During the conversation, they discussed the preparations for the meeting in the Norman format on December 9 this year, ”Zelensky’s press service said.
Earlier, Russian Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov said that he considered it possible to hold a separate meeting between Russian leader Vladimir Putin and Zelensky at the upcoming summit in the Norman format.
On Monday, November 25, a telephone conversation took place between Putin and Zelensky. According to the Russian president, he was mainly devoted to energy issues.
The Norman Summit will be held in Paris on December 9th.
