“Today, November 28, the order of entry of people, the movement of goods in the temporarily occupied territories in Donetsk and Lugansk regions and the departure of people, the movement of goods from such territories,” the agency’s website said in a press release.

Under the new rules, minor citizens of Ukraine under 14 years of age can enter the Donbass with a national passport or birth certificate, and Ukrainians from 14 to 16 years of age can enter a civil or foreign passport. At the same time, accompanying children must have permission to enter this territory.

Adult citizens of Ukraine, as well as stateless persons and foreigners can cross the line of contact upon presentation of any identification document, as well as entry permits.

Earlier, Russian envoy in the contact group for the Donbass, Boris Gryzlov, said that thanks to the deployment of forces in three parts of the region, security had improved.
