At 13.30 on Thursday, a man was arrested for the attempted murder at a restaurant in Gävle earlier in November. According to police, a patrol observed the suspicious man in a car driven by a 35-year-old woman.
Police commandeered a car
When the car did not stop for the police, a shorter car chase took place in the central parts of Gävle and the police patrol was eventually forced to launder the car.
The wanted man was arrested at the scene and the injured woman was taken by ambulance to hospital. She is now suspected of gross protection of the criminal.
Several are suspected of interference
It was the evening of November 5 that police were alerted to a pizzeria in central Gävle after they were cut in the 45s. Even the night after, a man in his 30s, who was later arrested, was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the murder trial.
The 35-year-old who was arrested on Thursday has been wanted since early November. Later on Thursday, he was arrested on probable cause for attempted murder.
