On November 18, Russia in the neutral waters of the Black Sea handed over to Ukraine three Ukrainian warships, which were detained for violating the Russian border in the Kerch Strait in November last year. It is noted that, despite the transfer of ships to Ukraine, they remain material evidence in the criminal process of illegal crossing of the Russian border.
