“According to the investigation, a quarrel arose between the suspect and the victim in the car, during which the suspect forcibly violated the sexual integrity of the minor and, fearing to be prosecuted, decided to hide the traces of the crime by killing the victim. After that, the suspect threw her body into the Ussuri River, ”the Investigative Committee said in a statement.
Earlier, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article “Murder” after discovering the dismembered body of a 43-year-old woman in an apartment in the village of Bachatsky, Kemerovo Region.
